All images, illustrations and logotypes made available through this database are the property of Kährs Group and are only intended for use in the communication, marketing and sales of Kährs products.
The images, illustrations and logotypes may not be used, copied, published or made public through any medium, digitally or otherwise for any other purpose than for the communication and marketing of the Kährs branded products.
All images or illustrations must be used in connection with the Kährs brand logotype or with information in captions or other text naming the Kährs brand and product name.
All other use is prohibited unless permission has been granted by Kährs Group and/or our hired photographers.
To be valid any such permission must be in the form of written agreement stipulating the terms and conditions for the use.
Kährs Group and/or our hired photographers will legally pursue any and all violations of these terms and conditions seeking indemnification by the infringer, including any and all who has contributed to or benefitted from the infringement, for all damages, losses and expenses suffered by Kährs and relating to the violation of these terms and conditions and the copyright infringement which it constitutes.
The infringer will under all circumstances be charged a penalty fee in the minimum amount of Euro 3.000 for each case of violation of these terms and conditions.
